DPC rip off

Isn't it amazing how the futures go up $12 a tonne and the DPC goes up $5. Yes I know that the basis will widen but everytime we seem to get 1/2 to 3/4 of the futures rise. Not only that but watching the US basis, it has stayed pretty level. No wonder the DPC is over a $1 a bus less. We need the PPO seperated from the pool. When we sign up our permit books we sign up for the pool or PPO's. No adj factor, no basis risk, no 650000 tonne sign up limit.

This way the pool is completely seperated from PPO's. No going back and forth. WOuld solve most problems.
