    Screw Alberta

Saskatchewan is now the fastest growing province!

Had to wait till the election was over before they announced that. LOL!

Hey you can have it. Welcome to the world of overpriced everything, waiting for everything from coffee to McDonalds and having your help tell you they want a 40% raise.
    Congrats

when you are as big sa alberta, its hard to keep growing in % terms compared to a MUCH smaller Saskatchewan.

Or to tell your kids they need to pay half a million dollars for a 1000 sq ft house that was 120,000 3 years ago in the cities. Yup, that is a good thing - for someone. Hopefully Sask ends up as 'well' as Alberta.

Fortunately all the wages have also tripled the last 3 years in AB!

          C.P.,

Good thing Sask is taking some of the heat off the Alberta Economy.

Infrastructure is having a hard time keeping up with our growth!

With a projected half a trillion in spending over the next 20 years...

Sask can have some of the LEFT OVER crumbs from our PROJECTS.

Boys boys boys, For years I have said that we have More Uranium, Gold, Diamonds Potash, wheat acres, canola ground, durum country, cattle country, and now a deeper but just as large tar sands, plus light oil under the Estevan north claim. But we had a Useless NDP government, that was all Labour and farmers were the Bad guys, Civil servants etc.
We have had for years Dirt Cheap housing example, Take a 7000 square ft house down the street in city, two years ago sold for $278,000. It had a pool, pie walk out three car garage. Is that a fair price. Second farmland, In Eastern Sask and north land values dropped to lowest price $18,000.00 a quarter, Top $50,000.00, and why I say north and east because that's where the big yields like Manitoba and Alberta are found not Regina West and South.
So yes maybe we are the New frontier and the land we have will be worth some thing of real value and the homes and cottages we have will also follow suit.
            NDP GONE PROSPERITY WILL FOLLOW!

Funny how Albertans do not want anyone else to share the limelight out west here. Sask is set to soar, and we may never be as big as Alberta, but it will feel nice to wash the dirt off our face.

Good luck, the boom has done a lot of good for alberta (some problems too). Just smile when we (albertans, saskbertans, and newfiebertans) come east for work.

                Screw the CWB

It will all be okay. If I remeber my commerce 101 class back at the U of S there we have a huge workforce in sk just chomping at the bit to find work...right. I wouldn't want anymore than the crumbs cause this pie don't taste so great anymonre.

With all the new economic activity about to erupt on Sask. Will come people who are busy, moving about, needing to get a job done, quicky and then moving on to the next.

They will want to be getting there on a decent road. Not be worn out from the drive on the motocross track that passes for a Sask. highway.

Adam we should have been Alberta Along time ago, Hell before Alberta hit it big. But thanks to the Useless Tommy Douglas and his cronies we have what we have today. Strong Unions and No people. Well were back over 1,000,000. and growing. Finally the air is just a little crisper at home.
Oh were sending our welfare Bumbs to Manitoba have a great time with Garry Do ORE!
