Isn't it always funny when the PRO comes out that the Vancouver price is same or Lower than the pit price in Bow Bells ND.
As for Durum its just simply out to Lunch. If their asking 22 at thunder bay and were going to maybe achieve 12.65 they must have let our preferred customers that are such high payers get away with Murder.
Hell 06-08 is going to be a greater grain robbery on western Canadian farmers than the First great war (feed ,mother England) and the Great Grain robbery.

This is getting really frustrating that again western Canadian farmers are going to get screwed by a LIBERAL NDP (CWB).Farmers should be phoning their MP and Demanding to close down this Useless organization before another bonus year is long gone. Why cant western Canadian Grain farmers ever get a high price. Also today a elevator in Washington is offering $12.27 for DNS 14.0 hard red spring for December delivery and $12.45 for March delivery. And in Ontario, That's Canada for all you CWB supporters 2008 Crop Hard Red Spring wheat with 12.5 protein or better can be booked in Ontario at $8.59 a bushel.

But sf, another letter in the producer this week states that the US farmers all sold their product straight off the combine and their bins are empty. They are not actually getting those prices.

It's in the letter so it must be true.

Another wails about the ruthless conservatives talking about letting farmers make their own choices - on wheat and barley - how terrible! There is no way we would be able to market wheat or barley, that's for sure.

(What's terrible is that the conservatives aren't actually doing anything about it)

So are they in the Market or not. This is what the averages have been from ND for the last couple of months and Average of what the CWB is getting you. Looks like 07 they wont be .84 cents a bushel out like 06 but over $2.00 a bushel out. doesn't this make you feel warm and fuzzy knowing the CWB is their to get you the Lowest price in the World. But lets give them a bonus this year and one more chance. check out larry webers latest comparison based on CWB numbers for 06 and average usda farm price in USA and its an eye opener to any one who feels the CWB is surving them well.

The CWB is in the same mess as the Ontario Wheat Marketing Board was before they allowed a dual market.

The "single desk" pool systems were not designed to run cash prices that are competitive.

Ontario does have it working well now... THAT IS THE POINT!

Measner/Goodale set it up to self destruct.

Blame Ritter/McCreary... Oberg and Hill. They all SHOULD know better!

Will these Farmers fix the problem?

They are certainly responsible for the mess!

Have they ever had the collective intelligence before?

INTEGRITY

When we do fix a problem... it involves pain for someone... and blame for someone else... NOT fun! NOT easy.

Will the above people fix the CWB before they leave?
