Zimbabwe might be easier. They need a new board as their old one has been caught cheating. All farmers that may be against this have already been run off the land too. No one left to jail!

Canada Customs has spent $$$milions going after farmers who are trying to create more income... so they can pay more taxes... while GST fraud goes into the billions.
