The decision to fire came as a result of a Board vote.
The majority of the Board vote in favor of the single desk.
So obviously, the Deanna Allan firinfg was NOT, NOT a single desk issue.
So the issue must have been an employee issue. It had to be an important issue, and important enough to warrant dismissal.
She appeared competent. She appeared to be dedicated to the single desk, so obviously she did not betray the single desk Directors'mantra.
She did something dismissable.
Would that leave a trust issue? Or a confidentiality issue?
Someone better email Weston and bring him up to speed it to him so he can re-write his story. Use small words and short sentences or else there will be a heading in Edmonton's rag proclaining, "PMH delivered Deanna a handwritten poison note, while she wept".
Weston needs to start a tabloid.
