HRS Wheat, How to get it to market?

Charlie and Lee;

I am getting calls from near and far, asking how to access this burning MGE nearby/oldcrop Hard Red Spring wheat market:

1. Calls from people with large amounts of uncontracted old crop CWRS milling wheat;

2. Asking how to get it to the market;

3. Wondering why we have NO Cash arbitrage with the MGE market system.

I must ask the question:

How Can the CWB be a MGE Member, sit on the Board of Directors, and still be responsible participants... when the CWB PREVENT MASSIVE #'s of tonnes from being avaliable to this market?

This MUST break some MGE trading rule, somewhere, one would think... wouldn't it?

No idea. Why would someone worry about futures when the cash market is higher than in Canada? When this happens in Canada, US grain moves North. An example is US corn. When domestic feed barley prices are high, US corn can flow into Canada unimpeded.
