The CWB Must Have a Dispute Mechanism

For the majority of farmers, participation in the CWB marketing scheme is forced because they cannot export their grain, nor can they sell their grain to a domestic flour mill without the Board dipping cash from each and every Western farmer.

The participation is forced because the CWB denies the license required by the farmer to export or sell it to a flour mill.

All decisions are arbitrarily made by the CWB.

The CW has no arbitration panel.

The CWB has no dispute mechanism

    The CWB has no accountability.

If the CWB wants to auger all the lucrative sales to only their best supporters, how does an ordinary farmer protest?

The same thing for corporations. If the CWB wants retribution for a public comment, or an unwillingness to praise the single desk, they can easily "punish" that company.

Who arbitrates unfairness complaints? No one.

    Who arbitrates patronage? No one.

    Who arbitrates vindictiveness? No one.

Isn't it time for a Minister of the CWB to establish such a body?

Imagine this, in your wildest dreams..... the CWB having to explain why they make some of the decisions they make.
