Anyone care to guess at basis levels?

    Hi,
I was about to pull the trigger on some wheat futures for fall but I am still hurting from last year's basis gong show and too nervous about the coming year. With the suspension of the FPC program and all the talk of the CWB being on the wrong side of margin calls, who wants to put a guess on first day basis for HRS and HRW.
I will start with HRS at $50 under and HRW at $75 under.
Unless they sink the losses into the pool or have enough from last year's basis rip off, or last if they trade the margin losses for the barley vote to the feds.

HRS 30 under. CWSWS 75 under.
I wonder with the volatility and all if it would be best to stay on the sidelines of pricing yet. Example futures could go 5 dollars per bushel higher after harvest and if price at 9 dollars and we could get feed wheat with a discount of say 8 or 9 dollars per bushel, the CWB will steel your grain. How well will one be sitting with if have feed wheat fixed priced for 2 dollars per bushel, with higher futures or hailed out???? Just would hate to lose the farm over a volatile market that should have been cautioned. By the way if the market goes up the basis will only get poorer.
The CWB will not pay you in a buyout.

HRS wheat I would think would be the most risky crop to fix price as the grade is the most difficult.
