    Burbert,

MUCH Better to have tried and failed... than to have NEVER TRIED.

Minister Jerry is/was as innovative, well intentioned, and hard working gutsy fellow, who aims to create a better community...

The Honourable Ritz did not become Agriculture Minister... because he hid behind illusions of grandeur... He did what it took to succeed... and beat the odds that were against him and his family... and now clearly is leading us... to become much more than a mediocre people... who chain ourselves behind the darkness of self pity and envy.

We are PROUD western Canadians with a heritage of tenacity... we don't give up... we fight for our next generation... to make this a better planet for all people...to be a part of a creative fellowship of 'cando' folks!

BE POSITIVE. BUILD a BETTER Canada. That is where the Honourable Minister Ritz... and Right Honourable Prime Minister Harper are motivated to lead us...

I for ONE appreciate the great job they do; in more than trying circumstances... in the longest standing minority government in the history of Canada... this, the greatest country: on planet earth!

    God Bless Canada!

Wow. If I ever did join the No F*&^$() Use I sure wouldn't ever admit it. I don't think I could drink enough to stomach being an NFU member anyway though.

Unless a bunch of us joined it and changed it from within. Imagine that one!

You may be onto something. They only have something like 2000 members in Ontario, we could join up, throw the hippies out, donate all their money to AgCARE to promote conventional agriculture and GMOs and then vote to disband.

Actually I'd even kick into a collection to pay for the membership!

Cottonpicken, wow, those old posts were great (really).
You did call this market. I owe you a beer (my standard bet), any predictions on the next bull? For a beer if you are ever in central alberta (okay, maybe a beer and a steak).

Cotton, You caught me also. Sure glad I didn't price as bad as I said. But now got a bin of heated stuff to deal with. At the moment I am one month into a 6 month waiting list with Bunge. Could even be into new crop. Boy is there heated stuff around.

                    HOPPERBIN,

You should find out the cost of having a colour sorter/gravity take the heated Canola out. My bet is that it would easily pay a handsome return.

Flaman in Saskatoon is supposed to be setting up a demo machine shortly I was told.

Tom I don't think it is worth it. My average sample is 45% heated that I could separate out. That 45% stuff is about a 6 dollar deduction from number 1 price, at one time. Could be different now that number 1 is worth much more. Brokers only offered me half that price.
If the percentage of heated goes up in the case of cleaning then I would not get anything out of the heated, harder to sell. Unless you know of a place that will pay good for 90 percent heated. Bunge won't take it then.
Never actually checked if cleaning is possible. The outside colour of the bad seeds are mostly the same as the good ones.
