Railway Cap

Railways are threatening to cut investments in grain cars if the cap is lowered by the ovecharge for car maintenence.

I say we need the Chinese back in this country to cut a new railroad straight through the mountains. They are good at it. Us farmers could put up the money. Then when we need cars we can order them in 100 car trains from CP and CN all we have to do is pick them up and set them down on our new rails. I don't think they paid for them in the first place.
