Been in ketosis for a month and minus a few days in vegas and a few
days at christmas had little or no insulin enter my system,believe i am in
full keto-adaptation.
Eating calorically about 70-80% saturated fat,10-15% protein,5-10%
carbs.
Down 15 pounds,which is 50% of goal.
Feel great,body now runs on fat not carbs,to many health benefits to list.
Thought it would be hard to cut beer out,turns out it was the carbs i was
craving.
