Have to give my opinion here. Shopped at wallmart and another store that sells Oshkosh. Walmart very cheap, oshkosk not bad price but very good product. Very dissappointed that Santa got the kids winter jackets from Walmart. This place is going to have to sell the higher value more well made stuff in my opinion. Otherwise flying there is just not going to fly.

Walmart or any other store you can return anything you want for any reason you want. Got a kid graduating this year and could be opportunity for someone to make grad dresses, I think we are short on good quality dresses for women and suits for men, lots of room for improvement.

Will there be any Canadian taxes paid by this super mall? Just like the asians that want to buy farm land seem to have the idea that their goal is to ship direct to China. I am all game for creating business etc that creates taxes for our country. With China for one these people coming here are tax evaders in their own country. Sure they are bringing dollars and money to our country. Like on the Maxcrop post it does not matter where the money comes from as long as it is money. Is this right? Does the Chinese gov't agree?
