    Comedian Senate Investigates High Prices

Wow, they's gonna do something fer the
    Comedian consumer. Fer instance, asprin
cost 114% more in Comedia than in the
US. A Chevy Camaro, built in Oshawa,
Comedia, cost more in Comedia, than
after it is shipped ta Hawaii, $5000.00
    more. Result Comedian Senate says
Comedian shoppers are very, very stupid
people. They should shop round more ta
get the best price. Who said that the
Comedian senate is useless? An Fn
answer like that is brilliant, really,
    eh!

Buick Regal is $6000 less, identical options, in the US.
          Ketchup was double in Canada.
We have 20% tariffs on hockey equipment from Asia and none is made in Canada any more!
Yes, we are wusses to swallow this gouging.

They should be looking into potash pricing.

It was announced that india is paying 427 per tonne including cost and freight for potash. It costs a minimum of 40 bucks a tonne to get it to the west coast plus another 20 to get it across the ocean.

Why are we at over 500 dollars a tonne for potash????

The potash companies have already admitted to price fixing, it should be automatic they look into it in Canada.

It really isn't about costs... it is about how much we will pay for it.
Ivomec Pour On for cattle used to be close to $500/ 5 ltrs, many started to go south to buy it, now its about $100.
Do you think Starbucks coffe cost that much more than Tim's....??

In the board rooms a magic "what the market will bear" price is cooked up and put to us.
If we buy, we are screwed and it rarely is lowered. After a price decline, marketing knows it is nearly impossible to raise it. That's why gas is above a buck, so we don't get spoiled.
Just seems like business is betting our dollar will tank again.

Then there is the annual price increase
that occurs also at each and every level
of business in Comedia. Talk about
inflationary, f--k in Comedia its just
                  doin business eh!
