Bucket in all fairness sask3 put in 10 grand and I put in one. This is for seed capital. Basically the money gets paid to the corp that can give us the cost to build and in that the cost to raise capital. then from there the plant gets built after the money is raised. FNA is ****ed if this does not go through. Basically in my opinion FNA membership sucks without the glyphosate which has been gone for 3 years now. The other chemical deals have been nothing. Have seen no deals anywhere . So we are paying for something in the future and at the end of the rope. Hey anyone have any dealings with Direct Buy? Just went through that and what a screw job that was.

What do you mean "FNA is ****ed if this does not go through" ?

      They already have your money.

Someone on here should be able to remember what it cost to build Saskferco under the devine government. After that its just a matter of finding the key firms in the build and you could be building a plant in under six months.

FNA will drag out this plant until everyone they have an excuse not to build it.

The FNA plant will have to be located near a major gas line, so more than likely along the transcanada highway.

After some searching it looks like the original plant cost 350 million and was sold for 1.6 billion.

They are going to double up the production at belle plaine. They have the drawings and need an update on the control process.

So FNA will probably need 500 to 750 million to build a greenfield plant, otherwise they won't be competetive with the Yaras and Kochs.

Sure hope you guys got a flow through tax deduction for that money you spent with FNA.

the cost of building a greenfield plant
on the scale of the existing Yara plant
at Belle Plaine is likely significantly
          north of a billion dollars.
