The more hear of all this crap land
going for big bucks and all the analysts
saying its not going to drop, I begin to
wonder if a correction is around the
corner. Maybe I am wrong but I followed
the stock market from late 1999 to 2001
for something to do. It was quite
something to see the stock pushers get a
hard on for all these tech stocks that
were so over priced. When she all went
to hell, virtually all these companies
never went anywhere but out of business.
My only concern with these investors is
that this land probably wont leave their
hands because it was bought with owned
money. Land is the most tangible asset
you can own. They can sit on it and pay
taxes for years till the next boom
comes. However like I said in past posts
there are folks who have no clue about
farming and would probably jump out of
the fund when she is not performing.
Thus the fund would have to liquidate,
or else spring Madoff out of the clink.
Maybe there is some more stupid famous
actors of celebrities he hasn't bilked
yet
