I don't see any need for it. But its a mandatory check off now.

Why not get the people that want to have their grain checkoff deducted to sign up, they like the paperwork.

All others do not get deducted. Then you will find out how valuable your commission is.

Freight over charges, just because legislation says that is where such things shall go, doesn't absolve the WGRF board from doing the correct thing, and refusing such funds. By not making a board decision to tell the government to return the freight rate over charges to farmers, the WGRF is a thieving entity.
