Tandem grain trcuk question

Thank you everyone for all the info. The trucks I am looking at have a Bergs grain body box from Bergs prep and paint in Winkler MB.

It looks like there is not much overhang of the box where it hinges to the frame on the trucks I am looking at.

Does any one know if all Bergs grain body's have the teloscopic hoists? The front of the grain box is designed that it is built around the teloscopic ram and fastened at the top of the box.

If you have a long frame and no overhang behind the hitch pin a telescoping hoist will be just fine.

Trouble came from years ago when the frames were too short and there was a lot of overhang the grain would slide down and lift the box or you could not lower it if you wanted.

Lots of of gravel trucks with grain gates in them and no problems.
