Any thoughts on the North Korea sabre rattling?

I read that the North Korean military is authorized to use nukes.

Does anyone think this is getting a little out of hand?

Markets don't like this sort of uncertainty.

Yeah the north korean OCBM`s. Ox Cart Balistic
Missiles. Come on this shit is old, these guys need
more money and foreign aid so they rattle the sabre
to shake out china and the usa. A b52 loaded up
with a couple hot ones would squash this crap hole
    like a bug.

I hope they all back down and don't start shooting.

Myself I envision a day when China decides to overtake North Korea and no one will care as North Korea's roads and economy will finally boom and the international problems will be gone. More worrisome I think is the disputed uninhabited islands between Japan and China as both countries want the oil reserves USA to take a back seat.

I am definitely worried about N Korea. An
oppressed and brainwashed people lead by
loonie toon leaders who happen to have nuclear
weapons. It's not so much the threat they pose to
the world although that can't be overlooked. It's
the potential they have to start a conflict which
could engulf the world. Just like the First World
War started with the murder of a duke in a small
          Balkin country.
A commentator on CBC yesterday who seemed to
know what he was talking about said we should
          be taking these wackos seriously.
