Lossing 3 in a row,with prices where they are is
making me think i will have a hard time keeping hyde
locked up,lol.

1992 was a summer that kinda was not.
Cool cloudy, but not really wet. Wheat
planted on May 6th did not mature by mid
September. It weighed an amazing 48
pounds at harvest time. But at least
that year a guy seeded the 6th of May!
this year that looks as likely as
getting a Baptist Pope.

There is still time boys, but this is
getting ridiculous. -24 winchill ? April
8th? Zero melt so far? Forecast of no
above zero temps until the 13th? And
then a whopping 1 with a chance of snow?
I dunno, I wouldn't mind a decent year
here and there! It is indeed looking
kinda grim.

It's looking like we will have another two chilly
mornings. Tuesday and Wednesday are showing
to be -16 and -15.
The weather network shows freezing nights
through April 22nd.
We are getting a very slow melt.
