question for contour or para-link seed drills owners?

From last fall's soggy field conditions we have a number of fields that have combine and truck tracks up to 4-5 inches deep and some places ruts. My questions is how far will these openers drop down from normal seeding depth and still seed into wheel tracks and ruts?

I would have to look it up to be sure, but the one I use (3310) would do the 4-5" , but I wouldn't expect much more than that. (Just looked the factory says /- 6"). With my other drill we always angle or cross seed.

thanks pgluca, if they'll seed 4-5" that would save me lots of field work. I wonder if the morris contour, seedhawk and seedmaster would be about the same?

Contour will drop down into those ruts.. other than the rough ride can you seed accross them?
