Neighbours that v ditch are closing half of them the other half of the v ditch in under water, age of rent land and v ditch then bitch when the inch comes on Monday night not to mention closing them v ditches fills in the ditches. Cannot prepare for that no way. Gov't must pay so can pay more rent. Some anhydrous going in not much just a few starting and more to the south of me but all hell will break loose by wed. if we only get a quarter inch like the forecast now says Monday night time will tell.

There was someone trying near Parkside,
Shellbrook area, one big blue tractor with a
massive Bourgault tank in a low spot. There was
another big blue tractor that looked to be the pull
tractor going to the rescue. Nice tractors for sure.
Quite wet, water still running off the farmland.
One week wait on the heavy land, planting
        around potholes on the sand.

2/3 done in SW sask. working on canola. Need
water very soon. Day 326 without a decent rain.
Seeding into shitty conditions now. Some seed in
dust some in moisture. Early durum seeded at
3/4-1" and only half is germinating as the ground
is drying out fast. The new Seedmaster pissed
            me off something fierce today.

30% done if the winter wheat makes it. We are
more ahead than most in the Davidson area.

Everyone who hasn't started yet ill start tomorrow
We could also use some rain Tues.

Jd what happened with the seed master. We should be rolling later today as the great wind has started to dry us down very nice. We are taking all the hoses off the seed master and putting pipes on the main frame big enough job but sure cleans it up. Bourgualt is ready to go as always.
