Our 30% chance turned into 3". Didn't think we
would have time to go to FPS, but it looks like we
will now. Good chance of some more tonight.

Took 360 days but like zee we got too much. 3
rain gauges all verified 3.25-3.5" within 1/2 mile of
farm. Water everywhere and more in the
forecast. Biggest rainfall in quite a few years over
that short of time period. Now it's a 70km/hr
hurricane which is drying it up quickly.

Hey guys I'm so happy our farm has finally left the
flood zone. Nothing again last night or today.

SF3, if you got something seeded in 2010,
you were never in the flood zone in the
                first place! lol.

We lost over 3000 acres in 10.

                    SF3,

We seeded 20%, and lost all that... plus a large part of the hay crop. On top of that, there's 800ac of land that to this day is still under water that we used to rent.

I hate rain. Unless it's dry.

free wheat knows that we were in the flood zone. Problem that is showing up now is spots in the field that wont grow a thing. that use to grow great crops. water table is still high and thus causing other problems years out. Tom use to say oh never complain about rain. Well 4 to 5 years of non stop and you really get that to much is not good.

Jeepers, checking out rain threads and seeing
quite a few of you are too wet! Thought I would
have to water again this morning! Behind the
                        times, Pars

Monsoon season here. Started last week Weds. Alot of places around are far wetter but 4 in is enough, can not tolerate much more.
