    Wild Oats in Wheat

We have one field of wheat that was sprayed with
Simplicity that has about 40 acres where it didn't
get the wild oats. It's not group 2 resistance but
we had a 3" rain about 30 hours after application.

Didn't notice it until yesterday when we were
putting fungicide on. Wheat isn't headed yet, but
is in the boot. Probably in the next 3-4 days.
Anything we can do to get the wild oats. This field
also has a little group 1 resistance.

I have heard of people using the new
Everest 2.0 at flag leaf and having good
results. Its way safer than the old
formulation. I know its not registered to
go that late but understand they are in
the process of getting that registered.

I would suggest Everest as we'll. Should be ok, but
this late will restrict you from canola next year if you
        dont get much rain

Zee I have 1300 acres of Durum sprayed with Varro 8-18 hrs before that rain that missed the Wild Oats as well. It is mostly G1 resistant. I tried some full rate Axial (group 1) at the recommendation of the rep and an agrologist. U can see by driving by its not working that well LOL..
