What's sad is the transfer payments are funding social programs we dont have. Why sask and Alberta dont want to leave is beyond me.

That's the end game for electing mulcair.

Instead of being blinded by idealogy elect someone like mulcair to highlight the inequalities so people wake up and finally want to leave. Saskatchewan and alberta should have left long ago.

        walk

Not deflecting anything your just not prepare to put blame where it belongs. Alberta PC's were in power 44 years, NDP four months. Who rack up the deficits????

Since your saying the deficits are all caused from the transfer payments, then google the amount the PC's got for royalities each year and compare it to the transfer payments and put the numbers out for all to see.

          Forage,

You expect all of us to

          follow you and Riders...

folks to walk over a cliff with you in the lead like a bunch of lemmings?

          Good luck with that!

You may be able to fool some of the people sometimes...

We live in the best province... in the best Country; CANADA.
          We are blessed.
And I for one am willing to try to make our community, province, and nation better for our next generations!

I don't think it's fair to Riders2010 to lump him in with me. His recent posts have shown he is a changed man. He's telling posters he loves them, along with referencing God in his posts. Good on you Rider.

Tom, we are all capable of change, so why don't you tell us here on Agriville who wrote the cheque for $423,000.00 to remove the WRIT on your farm. This would show that you as well, have the ability to change!!!!!

              Forage,

Others get it... got who paid... so if you refuse to take at face value what happened... I gave up on you actually wanting to understand complex legal undertakings like a Class Action proceeding.

I did not myself file the AB Class Action Case [Legal Council filed and argued the case] (I Was only the name on the face of the action representing all grain growers in western Canada)... so why would I be responsible to pay anything???. Which was why it was so annoying CNCP tied up our families farm.

ASK your lawyer... perhaps this person will explain Class Actions in Alberta... if it actually matters!

              Cheers!

Forage you knoe why alberta doesn't have a large fund? Blame the NDP in Manitoba. The liberals in Ontario and Quebec and the maritime.

200 billion has been transfered to the have not.

Why am I not surprised a Manitoba NDPer is going after anything or anyone conservative. That's just what they do.

                Government indoctrination at its finest.

Yes I hate the NDP with a vengeance. Only a lunatic can say they were good for Manitoba.

Person I know works for provincial govt.
One of the many jobs that never change on election night. Somewhere in legislation writing.
Said the new orders from the top are to focus not on business but all the Albertans who have been or are being marginalized. With an eye to all who had been unincluded in the past.
Oh the crap is just begining!

Tom what I dont get is why your name was on writ? Why not one of Ritz's families farms or some other farmers?
Did they just pick a name out of a hat?

My name was on the Class Action because I qualifyed as a farmer affected by the alleged overcharged Maintance on the gov /CWB hopper car fleet over the many year that cost a fraction of what CNCP were spending on those grain hopper cars.
Was no gov. Involvement at any level. Merchant Law initiative. I allowed my name to be used... With an indemnity specifying I would not owe CNCPRAIL anything if things went sideways in any way monetarily.

                        That should read:

"on the gov /CWB hopper car fleet over the many year that cost a fraction of what CNCP were [Paid to be] spending on those grain hopper cars."

CNCPRail were paid over double what it cost them to maintain the grain hopper cars before 2006. The Conservatives in Ottawa fixed this problem and stopped the sale of the hopper cars... so at least we still own them.

You've recited those lines to no end, but the one question you refuse to answer is who wrote the chegue for $423,000.00 to remove the WRIT??????

                            Forage,

                            CAN YOU READ???

Read it again if you are capable. Does 'Indemnity' not mean anything?

JUST GOOGLE it, or here... I did it for you!

"Indemnity clause legal definition of Indemnity clause
                            legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/Indemnity clause
An indemnity contract arises when one individual takes on the obligation to pay for any loss or damage that has been or might be incurred by another individual. The right to indemnity and the duty to indemnify ordinarily stem from a contractual agreement, which generally protects against liability, loss, or damage."

Good grief Charlie Brown. Who filed the action? Who then would be responsible to be the other side of the Indemnity? Merchant Law. It is stated above and can't be clearer.

Who did you enter into the Indemnity contract with? If provide us with the name, then we will know who wrote the cheque for $423,000.00.

Tom, as usual you dance around the issue like professional politician!!!

                                WILL YOU READ THIS?

"Good grief Charlie Brown. Who filed the action? Who then would be responsible to be the other side of the Indemnity? Merchant Law. It is stated above and can't be clearer."

I HAD ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY OF THE CNCPRAIL INDEMNITY PAYMENTS.

I CAN ONLY ASSUME THERE WERE PAYMENTS TO CNCP... AND SO THAT WAS WHY THE CNCP WRIT WAS REMOVED.

I HAVE NO PROOF OF ANYTHING... OTHER THAN THERE WAS A WRIT PUT ON My/our FAMILIES FARM LAND(Jan 2015)... AND NOW THE WRIT IS GONE(June 2015). A matter of public record.
