Why I simply cannot vote for Harper's Conservatives!

Don't like it don't watch it.

I still find it informative. And ctv and cbc national news are identical. Same stories in the same order.

There was a good story on some drug that had 80 bucks worth of drug but the company was charging the canadian system 7500 bucks a treatment for.

It's good to get different perspectives. Doesn't mean your a socialist just a different thought.

There is a problem when everyone agrees - no one is thinking.

The trouble is, I do not watch. BUT I DO PAY FOR IT. Those who want to watch inferior content, should pay themselves.

In other words, the CBC should pay its own way or die...

I agree with various perspectives and freedom. Just not when one perspective is subsidized by tax dollars.

The other problem is the half truths and lies, along with outright ommissions of facts about the leftist leaders, spread by the CBC at critical times like elections. Too many people get their ONLY news from the leftist CBC, and get completely brainwashed.

And we all pay for it.

The CBC never get tired of bringing up the senate scandle but they seem to forget that the Mulcair NDP defrauded the taxpayer out of 40,000,000.00 and refuse to pay it back. Just saying

Haven't been to a football game in over 30 years. But lucky me I get to pay for a football stadium my ass will likely never be in.

Forage farmer. I seriously hope you jest regarding the media slant. I would bet I can find at least one example in today's new items.

One example that I CAN give of omission, is when Mulcair said that women staying at home to raise their kids is bad for families. Not a peep. Can you imagine Harper saying this? Today it comes out that in 2009, a Winnipeg conservative candidate stated that every day in Canada an equal number of babies are killed as the number killed in 9-11. I bet the cbc umps on this one like a wet shirt, even though Harper has repeatedly stated abortion is NOT going to be looked at.

Bucket. I am VERY angry about the stupid waste of a stadium, and resent the fact it is going to be paid partly by me. My Sask Party MLA knows EXACTLY how I feel about it, believe me. Truly disgusted is all I can say.
