We must have loaded close to 50 cars this year. Almost all cereals get sold state side. I have a guy that looks after sales and logistics for about 50 cents a bu. Grain is sold off CGS specs to the highest bidder. I've also run a couple of IP programs with mills looking for certain varieties. It's nice to know ahead of time that someone actually wants your grain and will pay a premium for it.

Not saying you guys shouldn't do this, great if there is a profitable option.
As I understand it (as I looked into it also and now the article supports this) that you need to file US and applicable state forms to prove that you shouldn't be taxed and that you have no permanent business in the US.
If you are not filing the right tax forms, the US may assess you applicable taxes and you will not have any recourse
