    Newguy,

Medicinal pot is readily available in Canada NOW. The Supreme Court of Canada insures this already.

So you want the Federal Gov. to be pot pushers to our young people too; for legalized recreational use to children under 18 as well???

Isn't this exactly what Justin and Tom Mulcair are actually pushing???

The Supreme Court of Canada... has ALREADY granted your wish.

A former cannabis club head baker at the centre of a Supreme Court of Canada ruling is both thrilled and relieved after the high court struck down limits on what constitutes legally acceptable medical marijuana products.

The court ruled unanimously on Thursday that medical marijuana can be legally consumed in a range of ways, from cannabis-infused cookies and brownies to cooking oils and teas.

“I think across the country there will be a lot more smiles and a lot less pain,” said Owen Smith with the Victoria Cannabis Buyers Club, whose 2009 arrest was the focus of the decision.

Smith was charged after police found hundreds of pot cookies and cannabis-infused olive and g****seed oils in his Victoria apartment. He was acquitted at trial and won an appeal.

    Newguy;

I just let in Click our border collie dog... a couple of hours chasing coyotes... he wanted/demanded a dog treat... Sooooo...

    I can see it now:

The SCC of Canada... will force the Fed. Gov. to allow Pot [Marijuana] in Dog and Cat treats... so they too can get high and go on trips without need of going anywhere!!! .

      From CBC News:

      Medical marijuana laws revised

The Tory government did overhaul the medical marijuana system last year. The previous regulations allowed patients to grow their own pot, designate someone else to do it, or order supplies from Health Canada. The new rules require patients to order from a licensed commercial producer.

Earlier this year, the Supreme Court of Canada ruled against the federal government and expanded the definition of medical marijuana beyond its dried form to include extracts and derivatives such as oils and edibles. Conservative candidate Rona Ambrose, the current health minister, said she was "outraged" by the decision.

Mulcair said it's time for a change.

"Mr. Harper's plan has failed so we've got to start doing things differently. I have been categorical that no person should ever face criminal charges or a criminal record for personal use of marijuana," Mulcair said.

Asked about whether the NDP would extend amnesty to those convicted under old laws, Mulcair said it would be something his party would "sit down and look at."

Buy chasing coyotes and by the timing of your post I would assume that chasing coyotes you mean 'barking all night'.

I have a neighbor who's dog barks all night and I would love if he gave it anything that would shut it up. You just might be on to something there. I wonder if we could do a study.

It sounds so odd, sort like the guy who was charged for taking a bag of wheat over the border. Ridiculous, that we waste millions of dollars of legal resources on a lowly herb. Next thing we'll know poppy seeds blooming in our garden will be illegal.

I don't partake, but the amount of shits I have to give about pot is zero. Let's talk about a real issue.

Have only tried once or twice back over 35 years ago.But starting to see as my age group is getting health issues some are talking about bennifits of taking pot to relieve some of their symptoms.I know when I get into a care home and on Sunday they get overloaded with church all day something like a pot cookie may come in handy.

Trudope might win next week so first to the market. I trust you all have production ready to hit the market on day 1. Life in Canada will suck a decade from now but at least we will have pot.

Agreed, medical pot is available, I know a person who is licenced to medicate and does not share/sell on the side. Just st a guy who prefers marijuana over the prescription drugs. He is very quiet about the whole thing and doesn't want any attention brought to him.
It is simply a deflection from the real issues this country has.

Our neighbour has an older worker who suffers from chronic pain. The worker uses medical marijuana and it helps.

The only downside I've seen is the worker wrapped a honeybee swather head around a hydro pole a couple of years ago. Oh, and last year forgot to put the oil filter on one combine when changing the oil. The worker has decided to "medically" retire.

                      Thanks Braveheart!

And some have the same issues around Medicating with Alcohol, so be it. It is here. They will self medicate. I use the doc as little as possible as well!

Harper is all fine with it as long as his
corporate buds can sell it to you.
                          for some outrageous markup.

then he will get the taxpayer to pay to
keep the mom and pop grower in jail.

for a guy who is supposed to be free
market, how come anything he touches turns into a cartel.

the election will be over soon, so your daily cut and paste , or little tidbit will be over too.
                          lets hope

Yes and think of the value added if all the dogs got the munchies.
If MJ was legalized think of the seed business you could prosper on. It is an annual crop and if people had to buy certified seed from seed growers or if only certified seed growers could grow and market the crops there maybe be a very good income there.

Harper's meeting with Rob Ford today. Maybe he's getting pointers from him how to legalize cocaine, to push on our children.

Tom give it a rest, everybody on Agriville has already decide who their voting for, your RANTS are not changing anybodies minds!!!

Tom, tell the PMO office Agriville is not the Con/reformers campaign medium, even though you seem to think it is
