Prov. gov. plans to introduce an enviromental bill of rights to give manitoban's greater control over the kind of enviroment they live in selinger said. Premier selinger said " You are going to see legislation that is going to enshrine environmental rights as part of our way of doing business in mb." " The legislation will guide all of our policy decisions (and) inform everything we do, from infrastructure investments to water and sewer, to how we handle greenhouse gases." From the winnipeg sun. oh ya, david suzuki was in mb. this week, i guess he still has some influence, we're the first prov. to sign his foundation's blue dot declaration.

According to environmental legal firm, Ecojustice, the bill would give canadians the ability to participate in legal avenues for environmental protection by: - enshrining access to info. about enviro. decisions gov. makes. - allowing citizens to participate in enviro law and policy.- provide access to the courts, as a last resort, for enviro issues. If this passes next year, it'll be the final nail in our economic activity coffin.

This is music to the ears of the disciples of David Suzuki, the fruit fly specialist.
Suzuki, who jets around the world preaching his well-orchestrated lies to the gullible against CO2 emissions, is working to implement this as a UN mandate.(Like all self-appointed elites, the rules don't apply to him)
In his opinion, which is nothing short of a nihilistic, deranged manifesto, shutting down the capitalist system and ending most, if not all industry, is the only way to save the earth.
And millions of brain-washed people and school kids have mindlessly come to hang on to every word that drops from his twisted mouth, not realizing that they will be the ones to suffer and lose the most if his demented ideology was implemented.
And don't ever fool yourself into thinking that this will "...give manitoban's greater control over the kind of enviroment they live in...", they will has less say than ever before, resulting is an accelerated erosion of property rights.
All this coming from a man who has NEVER done a productive day's work in his entire pampered life.
So you decide if this is good for MB - or any of us.
