We used headline on ours. It matured nice and even. We decicated 1/2 but combined it all the same week. Yield was 37 bus/ac on 400 acres.

Then why did you say 20?

If you can grow 60 bu wheat there is absolutely no reason you can't grow at least 30 bu flax.

Burnt it off with addition of authority. Twitty I had perfect germ on 12 inch paired row with 50lbs Sorel and independant openers, 80lbs N and some S15. Was looking very nice, but took drought hard and went backwards for 3 weeks. Was already blooming when we got 1st rain, sprayed headline. It never completely filled in on durum stubble but on Canola stubble a thick full canopy. Worst profitability out of all my crops and I would have been done harvest 2 weeks sooner without it. Probably won't grow it again u can have it Twitty.

I honestly think headline on flax caused crop to stay green forever.I used authority before my peas.Peas got hailed out early and had to start over again.where I used authority I thought peas were hurt.As I did 80 acres on 280 field.
