    PDQ and grade/px spreads

    It would seem with the new way of selling cwrs wheat having a grade 1 or 2 or a protein from 12 to 14 % is almost meaningless in terms of discount/premium.

    What has changed?

      More specifically then, was the CWB payment for protein a complete fraud?

      That the "plan" was simply a discount/premium schedule for farmers only and had nothing to do with the real world?

        A better question might be: would the end user accept 12% px if the ordered 13.5% px?
