Still haven't figured out how ritz got re-elected.

    Dragged his feet on cool.

Did a half assed job on the implementation of the open market in canada.

    Gutted everything.

And he is the man in battlefords.

    On the outside looking in.

He can't say a word because the first line back to him will be ...." you had 8 years to do something gerry....."

Elevators have space in this area. I was going to move durum, just to take some out of each bin and rather than re-binning called in and they had lots of space. When I was hauling they did cut off canola deliveries but only until train this week. Flax contract went early, and lentil contracts are long gone, next lentil contract is for Nov-Dec and I've been told it will go on time. Canola contracts to this point have been on schedule or ahead of schedule. Weyburn area.

Local elevator that I haul to is a good 2-3 weeks behind schedule already. Still waiting to haul in oct del canola and it will be a couple of weeks yet before I can haul it all in. As always (according to them) the railway is already a couple weeks behind.

And if all the elevators are so empty where are the good basis's. If the canola pipeline at bunge is empty, why does the plant in Dixon have the worst basis in the area.

Lots of delivery opportunities in northeast Sask.
All of our contracts were delivered on schedule and some were called in early.
Waiting to be called for December contracts now.

Grain companies seem very eager to buy grain.

If they have room ..haul it..Because when the first snow storm hits, the trains will stop running..

Depends on what they are buying, Richardson's told us they will move #3 wht in Jan-Feb..Viterra will take it Friday...

Wheat king it costs them over 40 per tone to get it to Altona. That's why the basis is poor...

Viterra pulling in my Dec wheat and oats this week already.

I think part of it is the difference between cp and cn in our case (wheatking and mine)
