I agree 100%, this is not a Canadian political issue. It is a Canadian security issue.

It now appears two of the terrorists were refugees.

Goodale and Justin better reconsider their decision to rush in 25,000 refugees by Christmas just because it was a spur of the moment election promise!!

Sad part is, what ever is decided as we go forward will likley be in vain or futile to the risk that already exists today from past actions and decisions. The only thing we can do now is mitigate further/more risk.

              This is a nonpartisan statement.

Staying on the non-partisan, positive side, they are saying that bringing in these people is an investment in Canada's future.

How can that not be good for us?

There are many people from many areas of the world that have their morals and beliefs more in line with ours that would like to immigrate to Canada that would pose a much lesser risk.

Again, a totally impartial presentation: Coming to a town near you - a little mosque on the prairie...hahaha, okay, it's not funny anymore, if it ever was

There is risk from home grown terrorism and from ISIS. The risk is relatively small. Just like Britain had to learn to deal with the terror of the IRA we will have to protect ourselves. But that does not mean you cannot provide a safe home for legitimate refugees. Refugees will be a reality until peace and prosperity break out all around the world. In other words you can be on the side of helping innocent children and families or you can take care of yourselves and let the suffering continue. Hate and fear only precipitate more hate and fear.

Doesn't need to look like a mosque burnt. This one will be within easy walking distance of CFB Trenton

Yes you can provide a safe home for refugees, within the borders of where they came from.

If we're into packing other people's bags for "guilt trips"... if you want to sacrifice your children's and families safety that's your call. If your family was affected by one of these senseless terror attacks you might feel and think differently.

Since we have lived in very peaceful times within our own borders let's not become complacent! It can happen here.

Chuck tell that bullshit to the 150 families in France or the Russian airliner families or all those soldiers that died along the way.

Stop the 25000 and what do we do with the 250,000 let in the last ten years? Because 6 out of 8 in France lived there.

In the U.S.A. they're having a big debate and second thoughts about the "10,000 refugees they've committed to. Yes, that's right, the U.S.A. is only willing to take 10,000 of these migrants! Holier than thou Justine, wants to bring in 2.5 times as many, and now wants to give Sk 2500 of them, when our 3 percent share would be closer to 600. of course if something goes wrong here, he won't have any seats to loose other than goodale's.
