Through 'fantasy' special Alberta accounting... they call this a $6.1B deficit... while they take on $18.9B in debt this year.

I have never understood why Albertans think they can run a province with out a sustainable source of income like a sales tax? Do they never learn from past experience that commodity prices are not reliable? How many times does this cycle of boom and bust have to happen for taxpayers to figure this out? Every other province has a sales tax. I would call it the Alberta disadvantage.
