where does a person want to be?

do i have even the basics right ?

money keeps being printed to forestall
the collapse of the economic house of cards.
debts that cannot possibly be serviced.
    this devalues the paper money
and inflation makes your savings worthless.

are we already getting to the point
where you had better spend it before it is drops more.
or will cash be king for a day or two
    before the end?

    now the reset.
what is it going to look like?
is it the 30s. no money or credit anywhere, and the economy stalls .
and the only way to have demand restarted is by public works
    or war.

    or is it totally different?

should we be attempting to realize
the capitol gains on land. now instead of later.

so that when govt.s need $
they could simply change the rules.

Sawfly, use your capital gains on everything but land

Your land capital gain always has special tax treatment plus all the rollover provisions so long as you meet the requirements

I suspect that nice $1 million capital gains exemption for farmers could be in jeopardy if Canada needs to bulk up the taxes, but I can't say I know that for a fact.

Nothing goes up indefinitely. Why would anyone think the economy would be any different?
