I hear driving into and out of downtown calgary is getting easier by the week... last number i heard is that 40k people have been displaced out of the dowtown core. This likely means they're keeping the couch warm as there arent alot of jobs to be had elsewhere. Once their savings, severance packages, and equity are used up, they'll be walking away and leaving the keys on the counter just like back in the 80s.

Short of a MAJOR shock, 2016 is shaping up to be a bloodbath within the industry.
