      Hand out cheap money rates, and people just increase what they spend. Is that not how this housing market got so ****ed?

        This housing market is going to do the same as the US in 2008.
        It's been coming for years - all it needed was a trigger - just happened to be oil .

          Half million bucks isn't that much money to borrow for a couple that makes 150 to 200k a year with interest rates at 0.

          Its not a bubble, you're just not keeping up with how much a lot of couples bring home.
