Stand up and be counted. Sure they couldn't get off the phone fast enough when I started in on the resulting highway bills.

Governments don't listen and if it's my job to make it happen wtf are people elected to do exactly. Sit there and be stupid. Listen to beaucrats that know even less.

Wait till a large crop is grown again and most on this forum will find out the railways and the regulator and this current review have done sweet **** all to solve the same problems as 2013 and 20 years ago in 1997.

The next time a large crop is grown maybe 2016 or later ...where do you think grain will have a place in the queue when potash has another 5 mmt to move annually?

I get you are a conservative cheerleader LEP but much like Tom don't say everything is great until you realize the railways or something similar impacts your operation and then come looking for support by going a hunger strike.

My efforts calling politicians without return calls are done - my MP anderson didn't listen when he was in a majority government and now he is more useless.

You don't hear a mouse squeak on the progress made to move additional raw commodities to destination. Because it's not happening. And never will unless governments are involved handing out money so the shareholders don't get short changed. Even though they would make more if the railways could improve their logistics.

Yup and transportation is still a federal responsibility. I talked to STEP about that in 2006. They were lobbying but it is still federal.

I suppose you want to blame Wall for the last parking ticket you got.

Maybe call Goodale it is his turn to fix the rail.

            ok I will try again.

Saying transportation is a federal issue is bullshit because it's a downloading of costs to the province and municipalities.

If wall and you want to use it as an excuse... Fine but the only solution is higher taxes at both the provincial and municipal levels.

Instead maybe wall should have used the tactic like the potash file and said it was a strategic resource and asked for a moratorium on that line.

Maybe Katib could have bought it and pulled alot of support and product from the area.

Now it's all trucks and the bill goes to the taxpayer. Or in Walls case he can ignore the problem existed and build the riders a stadium instead and be called brilliant.

Thanks for bringing up the parking ticket thing.

They expect to pay for the hospital in moose jaw using a small parking lot or ticketing people on the street. It will only take 10000 years or more.

Much like photo radar to pay for highways it's idiotic. Look for better solutions.

Joking aside this is what these guys come up with for solutions??

They should be ashamed of themselves.

I did agree with Wall when he made veteran plates for motorcycles on gormley a few years back.

I just assumed if he could do that on the radio as an executive decision .... he could get involved with a few bigger issues as well without finding excuses.

                    LEP

Ride with her down these shit highways sometime on our way to an emergency room in moose jaw after passing a perfectly good hospital just 4 miles away.

And while you are with her mention how nice the new stadium in regina is.

Or better yet go to a farm progress show in regina and see what happens when she can't park because they are saving spots for the rider game when we would have been long gone before it started.

Better start feeling sorry for Wall's team when people like her get pissed off. Harper just witnessed it.

Access to medical , I agree should be a concern for any government of any stripe. It is something that has been an issue for decades.

But to include parking spaces as a reason to change government is a perfect example of a perennial whiner.
