Buckets right! He ain't Bitchin! For those that think there is no other place to be but Sask have idea how great other places are! The facts are right in front of you eyes! Sask has poor weather drought, flooding, or freezing. High taxes, high property taxes, high utility rates, High fuel taxes, liquor consumption tax??, poor roads, High crime rate, and High government debt with all these taxes! That's enough for today!!
