They all have problems over time. As described above, when I drive to saskatoon I am fascinated by the sheer volume of late model tractors and combines and sprayers. So ritchie brothers really are a kind of dealership in their own way. Hard to understand but very impressive. Four days after the sale the yard is 85% empty.

Seems like johnny guys love getting green lights I on the other hand can see when a belt or a chain is shot, and can change the oil. Great marketing!

If the Green guys were really happy, they would not have traded colors..But I can't understand why a dealer expects there loyal customers of any color to pay a "Premium" just because you have dealt there for yrs.? That is why we walk across to street in the first place..Then get a number that is way cheaper, so I thought"How Bad have we been screwed for yrs."?

                Customer's blind loyalty
                Dealer's arrogance
And both likeing their egos stroked usually means the purchaser "takes it in the end"....

Friend traded in 2 JD 4WD's for 2 new Versatile tractors to Markusson's. JD and CIH wanted approx $180 000 more per tractor than vers. As long as it pulls I guess its more money in his pocket.

That seems logical. If trading 2 tractors, there's a good chance the farmer is only driving one at a time. Perhaps "the men" or "the boys" depending on how ***** the farmer is, will have to suffer riding the lowly, brand new tractors around.

Versatile quad tracks are only ones that do not derate power in bow low. Guess CIH and JD are worried about breaking something.
