    Organic flour

Just visited a direct to consumer flour mill which specializes in what it calls organic and natural products. Also says it is inspected once a year by CFIA.
Have to wonder if product is ever checked for vomitoxin and ochratoxin A mycotoxins.

The CFIA rules and regulations apply to all food facilities.

I hate to say it, but spraying wheat with glyphosate days before harvest doesn't sit that well with me. I wonder about Canadian food and other safety standards in general. I recently read that Canadian standards on radon gas levels in homes is more than twice the allowable levels set by World Health Organization. Central Saskatchewan and Alberta have elevated Radon levels and Radon is a known carcinogen with respect to lung cancer.

Keep spraying. Spray lots and spray often. Spray until you just cant spray anymore, then call in the custom sprayer to get you caught up with spraying.
