That's just stupid.
So stupid.... I think bill boyd asked him to write it.
The land will be used for a burrow pit ...what a ****ing moron.
It was originally threatened for expropriation. ...maybe he missed that in the cbc article mentioned by the older ladies.
Maybe not wise to deal with a real estate agent of that calibre.

Was any of the other property needed for this bypass project prviously annexed by the city as well?
Whether it's classified as agricultural or industrial with in the Rural Municipality of Sherwood or industrial and residential within the Urban Munipality of the City of Regina, it still is being used for the same purpose of all the other property along the bypass path? Therefore should the other land used be worth any less? Or the land in question worth that much more?
How much of what's left is developable with proper access? How much will be duck ponds and green space?
SaskParty....this isn't going away!

Not just broke; but borderline dead. Read the Pipeline news magazine.
Estevan is all but "dead". Derrick hotel/bar for sale and owners not willing to continue to pour money into a losing enterprize. Lodge closed; new construction for other hotel accommodations stalled at pouring foundation stage; room rates at rock bottom and still no customers; owners laying off staff and doing work themselves.
Maybe all but those in denial get the current picture.
All goes to show that the professional planners can easily get the basic presumptions of limitless growth....oh so totally wrong.
But have any "leaders" have recognized this new reality and revised their 25 year plan. Until there is some acknowledgement that we are on a different path from the projection they are pretending we are headed on.....WE ARE GOING IN THE WRONG DIRECTION IN SASKATCHEWAN.
That perspective coming from those characterized as the "cynical and disengaged" and thrown back at the handful who should be held responsible for what has happened "under their watch"
Wake up Brad et al.

What have I been saying? The oil puppet did everything for the oil Barrons, but no real plan for the rest of us or the entire province as a whole.
Made a bunch of money for the millionaires and made some friend millionaires. When oil was 100 bucks.
Anyone can run a province at that level. But what about now? Worse than the ndp actually because the true cost of the downturn is gonna take a year or two to be revealed yet in terms of welfare unemployment crime etc.
Can't have leader puppets owned by one industry that's why nuts like trump even have a chance in the states. But I d vote for an independant candidate here to send a message.
Run bucket run! And others also. Oil is not the future the people of this province are! Not just buddies of the reform or the ndp unions either!!!

Had wall invested in primary ag producers instead of getting caught up with the investor ponzi program that used the agristabilty and agrinvest programs to repay shareholders I think this province would be in good shape.
Now all you ended up with is a generation of farmers as out of work oil field workers with no farm to go back to.
And still looking for a program and money to keep them working from the taxpayers.
It's so ****ing maddening to see the lack of vision. Every industry needs taxpayers to be successful. .... why not ensure the one that always puts a crop in to be successful.
Large investors with transient workers isn't the answer. ....is it broad acre, wild horse group, one earth farms, assiniboa capital, and now the latest tappauf/boyd ???Last edited by bucket; Feb 15, 2016, 08:27.

Assiniboa capital. ....bought out by taxpayers
Tappauf. ....funded by taxpayers.
One earth farms ....was a scam but partially funded by PM Paul Martin and he loved the indigenious people. Didn't do much for them but made some money off the programs his government created.
Etc etc.....
