Lentil...so I take it you highly recommend this? Any program in particular? See there are some that want to charge couple hundred bucks for their system, but doesn't sound too complicated....does wine count...;-)

Some how got through the "the great deformation"by stockwell recently,good book just a hard one,took like two years,only because everthying was self evident to me and after every page i wanted to go to sleep.

I didnt spend a dime there is plenty of info on the subject for free. Look to youtube. Need a good juicer is step 1, i used a breville Juice fountain. Maybe start off with carrots, pineapples, apples a few greens to make a good tasting juice if you have trouble with the heavy vegy juices. Like beets, swiss chard, ginger, celery, garlic add a couple table spoons of hemp oil and cayenne pepper .... Expect diarrea around day two, black tar craps at day 3, nasty stink out of every pore at day 4, back to a normal solid crap every day there after. Your body will be eliminating toxins so fast that its important to shower lots, scrub skin and a few other techniques. I would make a litre mason jar in morn and keep it on ice would last most the day then make another for supper. The funny thing is I was not hungry at all. You'll feel like a new man but I am not a doctor anything you do is at your own risk.

Supposed to avoid coffee and alcohol, have a fresh squeezed warm lemmon water with raw unpasteurized honey instead.

Fresher the better, while the cells are still vibrating and alive so its life energy enters you. Also organic is important you'll be going through massive quatities of vegys and fruit you do not want the mass quantities of chems. Like 15lbs a day, have to make lots of grocery trips, old juice is yuk. Anything store bought has been dead for a long time. Fresh good juice can be very delicious. Im craving one now, health is the best investment and you are not going to find it in a pill or at the doctors office.

Forget the juicer, eat the fruits and veggies they're made from and you'll get all the fiber as well.

Books...usually the last one is the favorite...mostly because I don't remember all the rest...wife and I start a movie, and about 1/2 way through one of us will comment that we have seen this before...but still have to watch it because we can't remember ending.
Other than some John Grisham for entertainment, the latest was "the Crash of 2016" by Thom Hartmann..have mentioned here before...he seems to be a researcher more than anything else, has written a wide variety of stuff...before that was the Outliers, interesting slant on success...probably one of the most impact...other than the Bible, was The Prophet, Khalil Gibran..probably going to dig up and read again.

Eating solids wouldn't make it a form of fasting then would it. Plenty of the bodies energy and resources are spent dealing with digestion, metabolising solids,storage and waste elimination. Every feel tired after a big meal. Juice feasting is like a shut down to aĺlow the body to make the necessary repairs with all the best tools (nutrients). The body will metabolise the damaged, junk and cancerous cells 1st. How else can you explain a normal solid crap every single day after day 4 till day 30? The results will blow everyones hair back, all while you go on with normal everyday chores and even likely accomplish twice as much.

Pretty deep into that stuff to. Use a blender more now for easièr clean up and lest waste or maybe my juicer just sucks.

I highly recommend supplementing your elctrolights if your not watching what you are eating especially magnesium. Our food does not contain as much of them anymore because they have been mined out over the years I suspect them and vitamins are the real cause of lots of things.
