    Interest rates go 50 basis points higher then SK farmland investors are never seen again. The primary purpose of land ownership is to speculate on central bank stupidity. At this point, Poloz can't lower rates anymore. We have stagflation in Canada like the late 70's already. In the early 80's they had to stop suppressing rates to cure stagflation. We know what happened next.

      Ajl the crazy thing that is about to happen is that they are lowering rates, not increasing. Watch for negative rates by year end.
