How many Agrivillers have a few "millenials" kicking around?

My millennial are 13 and 12 year old girls. They learned to drive little quads. Then onto safe operation of a zero turn mower, by ages 11 and 10 they earned minimum wage to provide the grass cutting services. They now have tractor/cultivator training, they will receive minimum wage for the hours when they will do this work.
I don't plan to make them farmers. They will learn how it "feels" to operate inanimate equipment and the dangers involved. This is more of a life skills coaching scenario. You have to apply your skills and knowledge (work) to generate income. I think in the future they will see how money can be earned with their skills and ambitions if they apply themselves and are a little bit smart.
I am waiting to see if they will initiate a discussion about increased wages now that they have a season of experience.
I'm am pretty sure most millennial will figure it out, it will be in a different style/method that we are accustomed to. That is the cultural change which affects each passing generation. I thought I was pretty good at computers, now I can barely figure out how navigate websites and "apps"!

Both our two kidlets built separate suites for us in THEIR houses. Stock both with goodies. And drinks. Wait on us hand and foot. Call us every week to see when we'll come to stay. Buy us all kinds of stuff; especially if I point to an item and say, "Isn't that nice".

But then I used to threaten them when they were young that this was expected.
