Subscriptions and Newsletters

Its getting to the point I have too many subscriptions to farm news papers and digital newsletters. Some.are too good to let go. I just started Grainews again full of good stuff.

Some subscriptions are basically free digitally but I'd rather thumb through the paper copies. Comfort zone I guess.

Then there are all.the "Industry" magazines as well. Lots of paper to fill the mailbox.

If it was all read cover to cover......

I do like Grainews for farm paper publications most

And Weber puts out alot of info on his subscription... Which I like the most.

What I like about Johnston's is the "real trade" info provided.

They all serve a purpose.

World Weather Inc. Lots of info too

Sometimes after awhile your reading the stuff and it isn't sinking in... blah blah blah.

I have issues reading something while thinking of something else... focus dammit, focus!

Farmaholic me too. So I no longer subscribe to wp, grainews or Lerner.

I get the same info 3 or 4 times in different email etc. So I had to draw a line.

Quite liberating. Not sure I miss much info. Although I used to enjoy the wp classifieds.

Lerner was off quite a it I thought. Though I was amazed when I called him one harvest when we deciding whether to desiccate some lentils. Told him where I was located and he gave me a quick five day forecast for my area that was quite accurate. True story.

I dont subscribe to anyth8ng in mail anymore. Lost a lot of relevancy imo.
