    Judge Slams Harper

Pretty much said the pmo office was an office of crooks is the way I d say it was interpreted, which is what I think most people knew but yet all of western Canada voted for it??? What is it with these shady people and western Canada, its embarrassing. We need to expect and demand better of these people and voting for them when you believe 99%chance they are crooks really plays out badly and is actually a black mark on democracy as a whole.

They are all crooks no matter what party. The longer they stay in power the more they think they are invincible.

It sure appears that way!! That's why we shouldn't be just giving our votes away for nothing and no standards.

Yes you never want a government in power too long. That was obvious to me Harper has been in too long.Soo I never voted for him this time.It is that s3sHealthimple.no one is locked into having to vote for the same party all the time. But in Bill Boyds riding the stores must have sold one pile of blinders.

Fraud is almost impossible to convict on. What a waste! The courts dragged it out for years. Why didn't they just toss it out years ago?

i always said it was a waste to pursue this $ wise.
the public wastes it's time and attention on minor corruption like this .
while the real damage to the economy is done thru the legislation, like UPOV91 and the TPP , rail way screw ups , rules basically written FOR AND BY THE corporations in power.

joe voter/ public is distracted by this minor crap . and misses where they really get screwed.

i do not give a crap about Mike Duffy. just get my product to market.
if the gov. had spent as much effort building a transportation system as covering up their messes .
we might have saved 100,000 $ each

Harper wanted to keep Natives in check - as for accountability, and not open the flood gates on refugees - had a bit of common sense at least

Both of those items Harper has proven to be right on.
Liberals scrapping the accountability act for Indian band accounting looks bad now when Chief Snacks A Lot and her Escalade have native kids by the dozen attempting suicide on the Attiwatiscap reserve.
                  Oh well.....sunny ways.

The Duffy trial was never about any criminal wrong doing by Duffy it was drawing out bad publicity for the Liberal media to vilify Harper and win an election.
Mission accomplished, they got a drama teacher elected.

And further more where did the 90,000 Nigel money come from? Maybe try the mysterious slush fund reform the big secret that everyone apparently knows existed to "fix"
Problems. Bought and paid for by who?

Harper never dealt with the the natives any more than true dough is. Another failure on his part. The accountability thing was a symbolism to divide voters. At some point all of us have to demand the native issue be dealt with head on. A real open and truth discussion with both sides giving their story not just one.

As far as media controlling law system hahaha Steve would have left office in shackles. If the reform or its members had an ounce of integrity he would have been punted before the election. And in fact there likely would still be a conservative government in place. And the longer closed minded people influence the reform the longer we will have true dough or worse.
Harper and the gang need to face music in the justice system. But that won't happen it didn't with Mulroney or Chrétien so why would our system change now and do the right thing. We aren't demanding honesty and integrity so no wonder there is none.

Has Harper been to Ottawa yet?As he is being paid to work. Now Harpers next job may reveal his real motives while in power.Which big corporations did he take a soft approach to or give a sweet deal.Kind of sounds like Bill Boyd.

Harper wanted First Nations to show the books to see where all the existing money was going before tax payers gave out more - it caused an uproar. Drama teacher just started writing checks - huge difference.

yes accountability should be there ,
even for their own peoples sake.
too much corruption in the chiefs and bands.
i have no idea of Trudeau's logic in this case. none , no excuse for it

Harper always did try to divide people though.
and that approach really does not help things.
