        The truth is, with the old forest cleaned out and burned, it will take decades for the risk of fire to be very high again, so IMO their premiums should actually go down....

          Sum...they will be happy to take your money, but when the shit hits the fan, there will be a clause somewhere, that will exclude your claim....

            The fuel load is now gone. I just wonder how the muskegs will burn. The depths of them are crazy. They'll burn for years.
