Per hour wage is irrelevant if you find the right people.
If you find someone decent pay them whatever it takes to keep them.
Like someone you don't have to tell them every last move to make for example.
Oh and if you have that person already... What's their number? I'll give them $10/hour more than they're making now lol.

Retired farmer. Knows how to farmer weld, fix most things, drives everything properly makes his own hours. $22.00/ hour plus gas. He knows more about what has to happen on this farm than I do. Usually has it figured out before I show up.
Too high of salary intereferes with pension.

yes farmlabour this time of the year is a problem !
pay fair or above average , check around .
we never had to mutch problems to hire or fire .
work with them or sit down and talk things over .
remember did we ourself work for some one , to make a living !!!!!

26 here but its only 200 hrs a year so really nothing significant if we had to pay 30
Can i survey How many are issuing t4's?
1000 fine if caught per employee. Brother fought over a year to get it reduced to something reasonable for 1250 salary employee
