73 mm 20 miles east of Edmonton since Thursday morn. Unprecedented 4 day rain in the last several years !! After a record warm and dry winter and spring. We have 10% left to seed, but it will be awhile as forecast is for showers until Thursday.

sumdumguy, I think the cold air already condensed/squeezed most of the moisture out of this system in Alta, we will get the leftovers that fall off the table, if there are any!

Holy crow farma looks like we could be in store for a few tenths if this setup over Moosejaw stays on track to come our way.

It was interesting to watch the trough line develop just east of me this morning while I was streaming on fert . Got the 700 AC done about an hr before the rain developed 👍⚡️

Should be interesting we got an inch and a half a week after blasting 10gal of UAN on with burn off. Agrotain should have held it, not sure how much will be tied up in the trash though. I'm going to want to see another inch before ordering more fert.

Still don't need rain, or want rain! Will start spraying peas this week after we finish seeding. Some wheat will be also sprayed this week. Most will be done here in 4 to 6 days,
All crops coming up real nice,
                        Best conditions in years.

Biglentil... I want to see more development from that line. Solid and slow moving... I never ask for too much!!! LOL ...or Mother Nature should park her butt on top of us and empty her bladder!!! I rewrote that last sentence... a little more explicit in the first version... but I think you get the picture. In fact, let her thunder too if she wants, I won't be offended...

A re-wet would be real good about now. I would be satisfied with enough to wet it through to the moisture below... don't have to have it all at once, like two or more inches.

Here's to hoping. Back out to maintaining the drill, lots of grease, tightened a couple of packer wheel bearing and checking everything out. Put it away ready for next season.

Had a "brief" rain shower, boy did that smell good!
