    Good spray week ahead ...

For this area , forecast looks very good with mid 20 temps and relative low winds after today .
Weeds have finally emerged the past 5 days and crop is a good 10-14 days ahead of the little buggers.
Last falls late burn off worked excellent and weed pressure thus far is virtually non existent.
Nice change from the past three years of frost damaged crops struggling and prone to injury during prime spray season .

Did some peas late yesterday. Found a few greasy spots. But sprayed in far worse conditions in the wetter years. Kinda got to get them done...they're advancing, been in since the end of April. Forecast for 70% chance of showers tonight and 60% tomorrow....so "conditions" could be getting worse.

Everything else will be at our heels until we get to canola and flax.

Ya, I started our first peas yesterday. The rest is coming fast but is certainly doable after this next chance of showers goes by.
Things can change , and quick. Just look at guys that are now too wet, it won't be much fun to deal with water and mud. I hope those guys dry out and can get crops looked after.
Our luck can change on a dime here too, it has before so for now I guess we take every good day as a blessing.
        Good luck
